hi dear friends
my question is about patch installation error return codes.
like below example; durin patch installation, several patches are not
installed and system gave error message, such as Return code 8. from
where can i find the meaning of code 8 or code 3 etc.

Installing 110416-06...
Installation of 110416-06 failed. Return code 8.

Up to Solaris 9 /usr/sbin/patchadd was a ksh script with all the
return codes in the comment header:
