Default netra lom> change hostname/ip

ok I have done a google search but its the usual run around. Not being
able to find out how to change the host name (in the lom) and the IP
address and subnet.

hostname is war-nfc
solaris10 hostname=netraX1

They are different
a "show" in lom> returns
hostname war-nfc
power-on-decline off
power-on-delay off
ip-address not set
ip-netmask not set
ip-gateway not set

how can i change the hostname and the ip-* entries.

This is my first bit of sun equipment and currently like it but I would
like to know how to change these.
Thanks for your time in advance

You need to add the LOM packages. That will update things automagically
for you.

Get and install patch 110208-20
perform a 'lom -G default'
Now the hostname will be updated according
to your actual (Solaris) hostname automatically.

Since the X1 dont have a LOM network port, the
ip-settings are not applicable.

You cannot change the Solaris hostname or IP number in
LOM.

Fredrik
