Default RAID Array

Hi

We are about to purcahse a StoreEdge SCSI 330 Array, do we get Raid
Manager 6 software with it to configure it, or do we have to pay extra
to get it

Presuming you mean a 3310, then you don't need or get RM6.

All configuration on the 3310 RAID is controlled by either :
* Connecting to the serial port on the array
* Telnetting to the array
* Using the sccli package (supplied with the array) from the host

Scott.

I do mean the 3310 array, sorry a typo,

One more question, I take it the array can present individual LUNs to
the host in a similar fasion to RM6

We are going to install Oracle 8.1.7 on it
