i run 2 x a5200 mirrored box to box, one disk failure last 2 years.
equipped with 28x9gb fujitsu's original since 199X,
august i changed 10 disks to 36gb non sun.
so 18 fuji's & 10 seagate's. all running ~45 celsius temp
ok, it's not a heavy load, 10-30 active U10's 30-60 pc's using samba.
server is U2x2x300mhz dual fcal hba, quad 100mbit net.
no database running, but legato, criminal/full backup nightly.

i do meen incremental :-)
