On all the desktop Suns I work with, Sparc4s to U80s, doing the
following always fixes this:

ok> setenv auto-boot? false
ok> reset
when the reset is done:
ok> setenv auto-boot? true
ok> boot cdrom

I run into this about once per week when I use CD-Rs for installs.
