SCC Card reprogramming

Hi

I am rebuilding a Sun Netra 240 from spare parts and do not have a SCC
card. I can purchase one if necessary - is programming possible or is
it a ROM card? Can I allocate my own HOST / MAC address?

Are there any tutorial sites on building a Netra 240 or similar from
scratch without the OS loaded?
