| I need to set uo a SE3510 JBOD FC array connecting to two Sun servers, in order to have a HA system - sharing an array between two servers. I notice that there are 4 ports on the back of the array. So, I assume that one server connection goes to the upper left port and the other's goes to the lower right port. But, SE3510 Document says Sun doesn't support this configuration. Is it possible to setup this way? Any customization/modification is required? I appreciate any comments and suggestions. Thanks, M Han |

I think you should use the Raid controller with its cache memory and raid-5 to get better performance and availability. >But, SE3510 Document says Sun doesn't support this configuration. Becuase then you have more than one initiator on each FC_AL loop? /wfr Fredrik -- Fredrik Lundholm dol @ ce.chalmers.se |
