Sun cPCI 375-0118 and 501-5502 has compatable issue with SF3800?

Hello,
Maybe some one can give me a generic idea why Sun has announced some of cPCI
rev does not compatible with SunFire 3800-6800 as show below:

Sun Fire systems are not compatible with QFE <=501-5502-05.
Adapter 375-0118-03 is not compatible with the SF3800-SF6800.

Any feed back would be a great appreciation for me.
