Default SUN trademark

Is your company based in Europe?
Have you had a communicaion from SUN regarding
trademark infringement?
If so, please contact me - especially if it involves older
equipment, or internal parts for systems etc.

TIA

Regards, Tom Tobin.

Many thanks for the broker response on this.

If you are a European asset management company who
regularly disposes of SUN material for clients - and you've
been contacted by SUN, please email me.
If you have not been contacted yet, email me and I'll explain.

Similarily, if you are a European scrapping operation who
regularly deals with SUN equipment - and you have been
contacted by SUN, please email me.

Finally, if you are a European enduser and you've been
contacted by SUN regarding trademark infringement,
please contact me. This could happen for a number of
reasons: eg where parts had been fitted by a 3rd party
maintenance company, or multivendor supporter; or
where upgrades had been carried out and you were not
aware that the parts had originated outside the European
Economic Area; or if you bought any SUN systems or
parts outside the EEA.

TIA

Regards,
Tom Tobin.
