| Hello All, I have recently been playing with my Ultra 5 that has a SunPCI I card in it. I have Solaris 9 installed on the machine and the SunPCI 1.3 drivers. I have made the softlink for the drivers to .290 from .280 and that seemed to go ok. The drivers loaded up, or at least it didn't complain. I started it up and it says I had t made a C drive, no problem here. The problem is now that I have that what do I do? I get this blue box with a file, option and help menu on the top. I don't get a dos window, or anything that indicates that the SunPCI card is running. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks -Ryan |

Check if memory on SUN PCi is in sockets. Is supported memory installed? 2. Upgrade firmware on SUN PCi + OBP. All info is written in SunPCI 1.3 documanetation. |

Check if memory on SUN PCi is in sockets. Is supported memory installed? You can attach external monitor on SUN PCi vga port to diagnose if system is OK. 2. Upgrade firmware on SUN PCi + OBP. All info is written in SunPCI 1.3 documentation. |

I see it booting up and checking the memory (64meg) and it has a K6-2/300 CPU. It goes as far as detecting IDE primary master and hangs there. Also I get the following when I try to launch the sunpci app bash-2.05$ ./sunpcbinary KeyMap: File Error: unable to open keymap file './tables/keytables/dos_kb_us' using last map FATAL: Failure to open DOS keymap file SunPCi: failed to find shared library: libvga.so.1.1 LoadLibrary failed for libvga.so.1.1:NewVGADispatcher SunPCi: failed to find shared library: libint13.so.1.1 LoadLibrary failed for libint13.so.1.1:NewInt13Dispatcher IOThread error, bad dest = 3f pThis f0430 pData f0438 nDispatchers 1. pDispatchers 0 for dest 3f dest 0. Any ideas? Thanks -Ryan |
