Default System Configuration Matrix anyone?

I have been all over docs.sun.com and sunsolve, and I'm having no luck. What
I need is a simple spreadsheet or some kind of quick reference showing me
the various Sun platforms from 280's on up through 6800's (and more, if
possible). Info like Max # CPU's, max memory, CPU speed, etc.
I really don't want to have to go through each individual system's
documentation to gather this, if at all possible. Thanks very much in
advance....

Thanks, I appreciate it. This is quicker than what I'd found so far, and I
can use this to build the matrix I need.
