Default Ultra 1 Video Problem
Hi

I have an Ultra 1 which I'm using as a terminal for some other Sun kit, and
it has developed a fault whereby the video output flicks on and off
constantly for about 1 second in 10.

The box is hooked up to a Dell 1800FP display via an adapter. Same TFT does
1280x1024 on an Ultra 5 without fault.

I've tried removing the SBUS graphics card and reseating it but the problem
remains.

Is it likely to be just a duff card, or is it something else?

FWIW, I changed the card today with a newer model card and the problem
persisted.

I tried removing/swapping the RAM around and hey-presto, with 2 of the
sticks of RAM removed (2x32MB), it works fine.
