Default Ultra1/2 RAM identification

Is there a list somewhere of identifying marks for the RAM made by various
manufacturers for Ultra1/Ultra2 type systems?

I am trying to sort out a stack of RAM into 32M/64M/128M sticks without
having to continually power cycle a system while swapping out 1 or 2
sticks at a time. (Actually, right now I'm googling the individual RAM
chip numbers to find out what size they are then counting chips on the RAM
stick --- 8x8 times 18 minus parity -- woohoo 128M stick.)

The one part that doesn't seem to have a SUN 501 or X number on the
individual parts <sigh>.

Put the appropriate symbol in there and end it with a fish catcher.
