Default HP 9000 B2000 not seeing Hard Disks

I am rebuilding a B2000 from an ignite boot image and on boot up, the system
does not recognise that it has a hard disk installed. I have tried the disk
in both the SCSI 6 and SCSI 5 positions. The disk is spinning in both slots.

The unit does recognise the CD-ROM drive and an externally connected DAT
tape drive. I enclose the output from the system below. Any help you could
give would be most appreciated

Is the SCSI bus terminated?

Check your termination. What kind of disks are connected (ie are they
supported)?

From the boot menu (interrupt at the 10 second prompt), do a search or
io command and see what is out there.

If I remember correctly, the B2000 doesn't like SE-drives. So check your
disk and termination just to be sure that the bus and disks are LVD.
