Hp_UX 11.11 EMS problem with dm_TL_adapter

Hi,

when adding EMS monitoring to FC HBAs on two hosts with three adapters each,
on each host one adapter is displayed with status "DOWN" in "emscli -l".
Checking status LEDs (Tachyon XL2) and cables showed no problem. Nor did
fcmsutil stat indicate any current problems. ioscan also finds SAN devices via
that "DOWN" adapter. However the link was down a few weeks ago.

The patch state on those machines isn't very new, but I'd like to know if
that's a known problem.
