Default L1000 CPU upgrade question

I have L1000 with one PA-8500 CPU. Can I put there another PA-8500
processor as 2nd CPU - but not exacly the same version. I'd like to
take it from ie. B2000 workstation.

What happen if an original CPU works on 360MHz, and the one in B2000
has 400Mhz?

Is it possible to do such under/overclocking as in the PC,. changing
things like freq. multiplyier? Or maybe that parameters (bus speed,
multip. ) shall be set up automatically?

Or, when such combination is not possible should I rather buy exactly
the same version or another pair of CPUs?

Thanks in advance.

IIRC: there are jumpers on the main board for the clock speed. I don't
know if I'd try to overclock the existing one. Under-clocking the
faster one shouldn't hurt anything....
