Hello. I am writing an application on HP_UX 11.0. I need a 32-bit
libXmu.sl. I have libXmu.a. I have looked everywhere on the machine,
and have installed the Developer's Toolkit to no avail. Can anyone
point me in the right direction? Thanks.

There is no 32-bit libXmu.sl on HP-UX 11.00 until the upcoming
August 2004 X11/Motif patch. Until then you could pick up the source
from ftp://x.org/pub/R6 and build your own.
