Default Q: "emscli ... -o ini ..."

Hi!

emscli allows "ini", "rep", and "ret" as notification options. "rep"
repeatedly triggers notification while the condition is met. "ret" triggers
once when the condition changes from "met" to "non-met".
Unfortunately "ini" is not the opposite of "ret": It triggers notification
when the condition changed from non-met to met, but also triggers notification
when the first poll happens.

It's documented (vaguely) that way, but I really think the last two cases
should be handled separately. With the current state if you configure EMail
notification for a dozen of events, you'll receive a lot of messages, all with
the same subject (Oh, yes, a more reasonable subject on email notifications
would be great).

Are there chances that things will improve in the coming releases?
