Default Question about HP-UX trusted mode

Hello,
I would like to know if exists a command line which I could use to de-activate/re-activate
a user when the HP-UX UNIX system is in Trusted Mode, instead of using SAM.

/usr/lbin/modprpw(1M)|getprpw(1M). If you are on 11i the man pages are
available.
