Samba on HP-UX

I'm currently running Samba version 3.0.10 on HP-UX 11.00, built from
source. I now it's not linux but I'm hoping someone will be able to
help me.

I would like to setup access to our Novell LDAP server for user
authentication. Has anyone does this before?
