IMPACT: Potential denial of service (DoS) attack and remote execution of arbitrary code. PLATFORM: HP9000 Servers 700/800 running HP-UX release 11.04 (VVOS) with Virtualvault A.04.50 or Virtualvault A.04.60 or Virtualvault A.04.70 installed. Background The Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures project <cve.mitre.org> has identified a potential vulnerability in the Apache HTTP Server on versions prior to 1.3.29 and has assigned the name CAN-2003-0542 to this issue.
