Trouble with ttcp

I'm wanting to use ttcp to test and benchmark network throughput
between several platforms. If I were only concerned with *nix, I
would have gone with nttcp. But, that's not the case. I have to test
Windows boxes, too.

I have compiled a version of ttcp.c that works on HP-UX, but does not
report the results correctly. The times (real seconds) is always in
whole numbers, no fractions. I'm not proficient in 'c', or any other
language for that matter, so I not comfortable with making changes to
the source. Wouldn't know exactly what to change anyway.

Is there a ttcp binary available for HP-UX 11? Or, a copy of the
source code with the appropriate changes? I've spent a good deal of
time searching for these, but have not been successful finding either.

Also, if there is a nttcp available for Windows, I would be interested
it that, too.
