What is Realm-rusd on port 688?

A recent security scan on a hpux system displayed a warning on
something called realm-rusd listening on port 688. I haven't got a
clue as to what it is or how to disable it.
What applications require realm-rusd?
Is it an rpc daemon?
How do I disable it?
