Default Anybody using LVM (Logical Volume Manager) ?

Hi,

I have a RH9 installation which I did using a text mode install. I
have been reading the RH Customization guide, and came across
LVMs. I would like to change my existing setup to using LVMs in stead
of the normal partitions, however the RH docs only describe how to
set it up during the initial install (Graphical Install Only).
Is it possible to change after the fact ? Is the LVM code stable
enough for critical data ?

Regards
