I have Windows 98 and Mandrake 9.2 on Disk A and Knoppix Debian on
Disk B. Knoppix has its own LILO installed on the MBR of Disk B. The
main LILO is on the MBR of Disk A.

I can boot into Knoppix using the Rebootin command under Mandrake, but
when i try to run Rebootin under Knoppix (I copied the script across)
it can't find the bootloader.

What do I need to do to tell Knoppix to look to the bootloader on Disk
hda, without installing a different LILO?
