| Hi, I'm new to Linux and I just installed Mandrake 10 on my Thinkpad 40. I use a wireless router as my usual connection to the internet; however, the Mandrake installation doen't seem to contain the appropriate driver, and I can't find one by googling the Web. My TP 40 uses a non-Centrino IBM 802.11 A/B adapter made by Accton Technology. Also, any good books on using/managing Linus on a Intel machine while cooperating with Windows XP on a separate partition? Most of the "newbie" books and websites focus on shell commands, which I'm partially familiar with from using Unix 15 years ago. Any suggestions? Thanks. Bill T |
