Fedora and SATA drives

Hi,

I am aiming to set up a home server, and want to check I can use Fedora
(since I have the disks already downloaded) with the SATA (Samsung)
disks I have on order?

My googling skill seems to fail to confirm I can do this without strange
manipulations!
