Don't know WS_FTP, presuming you are looking for a GUI ftp client, AFAIR the native KDE file manager (Konqueror) supports ftp among a bunch of other protocols directly, try putting "ftp://ftpserver.tld" in the location bar, save some bookmarks if it works for you.
