| Recently, nautilus-cd-burner stopped working on my computer (RHEL 4 WS), with no apparent changes in hardware or software settings. If I put in a blank CD, it isn't recognized, and the "burn:///" folder doesn't appear. If I manually bring up the burn folder and move some files to it and tell it to write to the CD, I just get "Please insert blank or rewriteable CD" error messages. Observations: 1. cdrecord and xcdroast work just fine. 2. turning on apps/nautilus-cd-burner/debug and running gives me a bunch of debug messages about making the iso file (which works fine, indeed, I can take the .iso out of /tmp and burn it with cdrecord), but nothing related to the burning problem. 3. It doesn't appear that nautilus-cd-burner even accesses the drive. Ideas? -- Richard W Kaszeta rich@kaszeta.org http://www.kaszeta.org/rich |
