I recently loaded RHL 9.0 on my PC. I would like to connect to the
internet using the dialup connections (within the US only.) Can tell
me the step wise procedure do the same.

Is your modem recognized in the RH network wizard? If it is, then
your most of the way there. I am not running RH (anymore) so I don't know
what the precise name of the "wizard." As I remember, if your modem is
working (see below), it's easy to setup.

In any case, I think you're going to have to provide more information
about your hardware, because certain modems work, certain modems work but
are harder to get working, and other modems don't work.

step wise procedure:

run kppp
click on "configure"
click on "new"
click on "wizard"
and follow the prompts.

TRY clicking on the RedHat icon go to System Tools then Internet
configuration wizard. click and do what the wizard says.
