Logitech 'Delux Access' keyboard

Has anyone found how to:

(1) Force the 'F Lock' key permanently deactivated
(so that the Function keys work normally)?
(2) Found a way of mapping the various 'extra function' keys (e.g.
'E-mail', 'User', Media') to Linux functions?
