| Hi, I have installed K Ubuntu version 7.10. My office network has a network printer - HP laserjet 1022. I tried configuring the printer through the system setting. Initially the system let me configure the printer but it did not print the test page. Then I deleted that printer and tried the same thing again but then got this message error: /var/run/cups/cups.sock: connection refused (10) So I restarted my PC and now it tells me that there is no such printer. I have two more PCs in the office one running Windows XP and one running an old version of Red Hat. The printer works just fine for both of them. Any ideas Thanks in advance Vivek |

Though I still have no clue as to what I did wrong back there:-)) Vivek |
