IMHOOC I'd like to get my NVidia drivers installed with my SuSE 9.1 install, but I want to get my Supra2750 PCI Winmodem working first so I can try out the on-line install instead of fartin' around with all the other stuff required that I am no where near qualified to perform. Already have the drivers from www.linuxant paid for and installed, had it connect under the unlocked version but pretty sure I have an IRQ problem (in Linux) as the modem in Win98 is IRQ 5 and I need to reset my Linux files to 5. Have the HOWTO, just haven't had the time. As to multiple kernel set-up for same .... water is to deep for me. :0) Later...... Labrat...... |:^{) A recent convert to the flightless bird. Running SuSE 9.1 in DualBoot with M$98SE 'til I get my modem config fixed. |
