Default Package setup error during SUSE 9.2 FTP install

I am trying to install SUSE via FTP, but after downloading YAST into
ramdisk and beginning the setup, I run into the following error:

Cannot read package data from installation media.

Is this a problem with the boot CD, or is there something I'm not doing
that I should be? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
