| One thing I kind of liked about slackware was that it came setup so that if you did a Ctrl+ALT+F# , the particular tty # (1 through 6) was displayed on the login prompt like: tty3 hostname login: or however it was formatted. How can I setup fedora to show the tty number? I think fedora just shows the contents of the /etc/issue file on each virtual console and then the login prompt. Mark |
