Hi,

I am using Redhat 9.0, kernel 2.4.20

I have a problem with local time

When I log in as a root, I do get the correct time, but somehow logged in
aas a normal user, the computer gives England time when I issued "local"
and "date"

Can anybody help ?

It happens to both KDE and GNOME
