The comp.os.linux.redhat newsgroup already exists, and has been in
existance for quite some time. The OP needs merely to convince his
ISP or whomever manages his news server to carry it.

Agreed. I just started a new thread on the matter (as this one is somewhat
older, and getting dropped by my newsserver already, and the proposed
creation is a somewhat different matter deserving of a new thread.)
