Hello All,

Very sorry about the earlier blank post, if it appears, in this group.

i am trying to install realplayer RealPlayer10GOLD.bin on my fedora 4
machine... it gives me following error.

[root@gsw test]# Desktop/RealPlayer10GOLD.bin
Desktop/RealPlayer10GOLD.bin: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5: version
`GLIBCPP_3.2' not found (required by Desktop/RealPlayer10GOLD.bin)
Desktop/RealPlayer10GOLD.bin: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5: version
`CXXABI_1.2' not found (required by Desktop/RealPlayer10GOLD.bin)
[root@gsw test]#


But when i use locate to find out if lib is there or not, i get
locate libstdc++.so.5
/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.5
[root@gsw test]# Desktop/RealPlayer10GOLD.bin

Can sombody please help me with this

personally i would stay away fom REAL software though
