Thanks Mike, but that's not the problem. It's write protected and though it's detected fine and mounts fine for reading it will not allow mounting for writing. I'm totally familiar with /etc/fstab and the mount utility and there's just nothing there that can override write protection. This can only be addressed by a proprietary driver which will not run in Linux. I'm returning it for the non Secure model. Frank |
