| I work for a very large global organization, headquartered in USA, that processes tax and office paperwork. Unfortunately I cannot reveal more at this time but will, later. In a proposal I want to approach for management, we are seeking a Linux technical support company (inc or LLC, USA-only) that can provide the following things for us: * A support issue as much as once every 3 months. * Knowledgeable staff that knows how to compile PHP, Apache, and PostgreSQL and get them all working together. Need not be Linux, Suse, or RH certified. * 9-5 Eastern USA time zone tech support, M-F. * By email and telephone. 800 num not necessary. No onsite visits necessary. * Cradle-to-grave if under 4 hour support call length, $100; $80 an hour if otherwise. Or, purchase cradle-to-grave support on a "call bundle". * PostgreSQL config or error questions * Apache config or error questions * Some rare PHP config or error questions * Linux (RH9 and the latest Suse) config or error questions * Firewall and other security questions |

After all, who knows more about the solution or implementation than the developers who wrote the programs? If you want Inc, then - IBM Inc. - Sun Inc. - HP Inc. - Redhat Inc. comes to mind. To these days, nobody got fired for choosing IBM. :-) -- William Park, Open Geometry Consulting, <opengeometry@yahoo.ca> Linux solution for data management and processing. |

Post to debian-consultants@lists.debian.org for example. -- Any technology distinguishable from magic is insufficiently advanced.
