Default setting up redhat fedora project

i'm a new user to computers and wud like 2 set up linux on my comp.
gfor that i've downloaded fedora project from red hat website. i wud
like somebody 2 come forward and help me in going through with its
installation.i currently operate windows xp on my comp. and will
partition my e drive for linux which is 9.3gb. will it b enough?
hoping from a reply soon from some of those helpful ppl out there.

Hello Mehul,

Yes, 9.3 GB is just fine for Fedora.
Normal complete desktop installation takes between 2 - 3 GB.
Full server installation upto 4+ GB.

The installation is pretty much automatic, but before install
have information about your PC hardware. (harddrives, video card and
screen,
modem or network card, mouse).

Yes, 9.3Gb is fine. Simply follow the on-screen prompts to install.
Its very, very, very easy. Give it a go and if you have a specific
thing you get stuck with, have a look on the Fedora site, then do a
quick google. If you can't find anythere after you've tried that, then
try here.
