| I'm trying to put US Robotics 56K Winmodem to work on Linux Mandrake 8.0. I can't find the device-driver for it. Only the Windows device diver comes with it. Is it possible to make this Modem work under any Linux? I've seen device-drivers for other Winmodems, but it seems impossible to find one for this one although it's a really common modem. Does anybody know why is it so hard to write a device diver for it? And most importanly. WHERE CAN I FIND A DEVICE_DRIVER FOR US ROBOTICS 56K WINMODEM? I apreciate your attention and help. |
