Default suse 7.3 and 120GB WD drive

I'm having trouble with Suse 7.3, and emachines T1090 and a large (120GB)
disk drive. Although the BIOS seem to recognize it ok, Linux reports it as
1.7TB in size.

Any ideas?

I had some strange problems with Suse 7.3 and an 80GB drive (WD). Disabling
the drive (or rather, not configuring it) in the BIOS appeared to be the
solution.
