| Hello, I try to install SLES9 and during installation I get the message "No harddisk found". Somehow I assume that the problem is that I have a RAID controller and the installation routine doesn't recognize this one. I tryed to figure out which RAID controller is build into that machine, under W2K3 I can see two different controllers: HP NetRAID-2M LSI Logic 53C1010-66 Does anyone have an idea what I have to do? Thanks and regards, Jochen |

| Jochen, it's probably your HP NetRaid-2M. I have a HP370 Raid Controller integrated on my Motherboard and I experience difficulties with certain Distro's. especially Debian. If you are not using a Raid Configuration you can move your hard drive to the Primary or Secondary IDE channel and once you have Suse9 installed you can look for Raid modules for it.
