Default Unable to boot into WinXP after FC5 installation

My hardware setup:
Mobo: ASUS A7N8X-E DELUXE
HDD: SATA RAID 0 with WinXP SP2
IDE Primary Master with FC5

Also i installed FC5 with "linux nodmraid" parameter which i suppose
messed things up!

I installed FC5 with no parameters a few days ago but after the yam
updates i was unable to boot into the new kernel. It was suggested to
me to use "linux nodmraid" to solve the problem but now not only don't
i have a dual boot system but also i am unable to boot into Windows.
How can i fix this? I do want Windows up and running again because as
you can imagine i haven't backed up. Below is the fdisk break down.

nick,

You should check with your MBR, from your FC5 installer this should fix
your problem for dual boot.
