Where is uudecode in RH9.0?

Default Where is uudecode in RH9.0?

Hi,
to install madwifi uudecode is required in RH9.0.
But I do not know where I can get at installing OS.
How can I add uudecode or where can I get source or rpm?

the package has been called "sharutils" in previous RH, and it was on the
CDs i think ... don't have a RH9.0 handy to check. i do see it in fedora

If you have no luck try uudeview, and symlink uudecode -> uudeview

It's been part of sharutils since before Linux existed.....
