Default From windows to linux, without any CD, floppy, USB-key, etc.

I just wrote this "HOWTO":

"From windows to linux, without any CD, floppy, USB-key, nor any other
removable media"

http://marc.herbert.free.fr/linux/win2linstall.html

Detailed instructions are currently available from any windows version
to Debian|Mandrake|Fedora, but if you can contribute for other
distributions, thanks in advance.

Any other kind of feedback on this document is also welcome.

Nice HOWTO. However I have one suggestion. In the debian testing section
the document mentions about "monolithic" directory. But I could not find
this on
http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dis...86/tc1/images/

But I can find "netboot" directory on this web page. May be the Debian
testing section needs to be updated.

regards
raju
