wher is the Qt directory and KDE directory in Mandrake Linux 9.1?

I am currently want to compile kdevelop 3.0 alpha version, but it says I
need to export QTDIR and KDEDIR, but I don`t know where they are.

I am using Mandrake Linux 9.1 on a laptop.
