| I'm just curious to hear what sort of solutions people have implemented to make their SQL Server database application SOX compliant. In particular, I'm curious to know what you have done when you've been required to keep an audit trail of changes made to certain fields in database tables, etc. I know there are some 3rd party tools that can be used to audit the transaction log. Which do you recommend and why? And I suppose you could always use triggers, but I am not a big fan of triggers in most cases. Anyway, I'd like to hear what people have to say on this issue, and maybe read some case studies if you know of any. |
