Since I don't know your application in detail, I cannot say whether
Service Broker is right nor. But since you said "queue", it was
natural to mention Service Broker.

In any case, I think it is a good idea to get acquainted with Service
Broker, because even if you don't use it this time, you will sooner
or later run into a case where you will find it useful.
